The RadiCentre firmware is not compatible with the communication method, and needs to be updated

During the check of the device, it is detected that the firmware of the RadiCentre is not compatible with the communication method used.

The firmware of the RadiCentre needs to be updated to a version supporting the communication method used. RadiCentre version 4.0.0 to version 4.0.8 are unable to connect to RadiMation® using VXI-11 communication protocol.

Solution

  • Upgrade the RadiCentre firmware of the device to version 4.0.9 or newer.To update contact radicentre-support@raditeq.com
  • Use a different communication protocol. This error is only present in VXI-11 communication protocol.
