RadiMation Error: 805310394

RadiCentre did not return a response

A request for some information was transmitted to a RadiCentre device, however no response was received. Besides that this error could happen during communication with a RadiCentre, also a directly connected RadiPower, RadiSense, or other Raditeq device could raise this error.

This error often indicates that some low-level communication problem is present between the PC and the Raditeq product. It often indicates that the USB port of the PC is breaking down, or that low quality USB cables are being used.

Solution

• Use high quality USB cables
• Use USB cables that are at most 5 m in length
• Use powered USB hubs
