The exact title of this standard is: "IEC 60601-1-2: Medical electrical equipment - Part 1-2: General requirements for basic safety and essential performance - Collateral standard: Electromagnetic disturbances - Requirements and tests"

In section 8.11, it is described that the magnetic field close proximity test as described in IEC 61000-4-39 only needs to be performed on 3 frequencies (30 kHz, 134.2 kHz and 13.56 MHz)
