RS232: Not all bytes are read

During a read operation on a comport, we received less bytes than we expected.

Solution

Possible reasons for this error can be:

• Device is suddenly turned off
• Device has detected an error, and responds with an unexpected answer
• Not the correct device is connected

Further investigation by Raditeq is necessary to find the real cause of this problem, and to adjust the used device driver.
