Simplification for reporting of RadiMation issues

We made it easier to report any issues in our RadiMation software. From now on it will be possible to report all kind of detected problems, by filling in a form on our web-site. The provided information will be forwarded to radimation-support@raditeq.com, and will then be handled accoordingly.

This form is available for everyone, so there is no need to have an account for our dare.nl website. So even customers can use this form to report detected RadiMation problems. We strongly encourage you to provide this possibility to your customers.

The link to the form is: http://www.dare.nl/EN/emc_products/radimation/radimation_issue_report/?cid=998

RadiMation information / Knowledgebase

To provide you with better and more detailed information related to RadiMation, we have created this RadiWiki site as a 'Knowledgebase'. In the end this knowledgebase will contain all kind of information like:

  • Answers to often asked questions
  • Detailed explanations of specific RadiMation features
  • Description of error-codes, and possible solutions and workarounds
  • Information of all available device drivers, including (if possible) manuals and links to related pages on the internet
  • Information of registered bugs/wishes
  • Description of new functionality in new RadiMation versions.

This knowledgebase is already in us by us for some months now, and it contains several articles and explanations. The advantage of this knowledgebase is that we only have to write for example an answers once, and that the same question from other resellers can be referred to that same answer.

RadiMation version 5.2 already has support for this knowledgbase, so it can be accessed directly by clicking on a button in some of the RadiMation windows.

We recently have decided that we will make this knowledgebase also accessible for all customers with a service contract. Each customer will get an user-account and password, which can be used to log-in on to this RadiWiki site. We are now making the last preparations, and we will soon send you all the necesary information.
