The selected frequency step is not supported in emission tests

RadiMation has detected that unsupported type of frequency step is used in an emission test. The multiband emission tests, only support a linear step frequency and a logarithmic step frequency. Other step types that are available in multiband immunity tests, cannot be used in emission tests. The logarithmic step frequency is also only available if a (scanning) receiver is used. The logarithmic step frequency cannot be used in combination with a spectrum analyser.

Solution

• Change the selected step frequency type to a linear step frequency or a logarithmic step frequency.
• If a spectrum analyser is used, ensure that a linear step frequency is used.
