Microsoft Word is not installed

The RadiMation® Report Generator is using Microsoft Word to generate the report. This error however indicates that Microsoft Word is not installed or cannot be started. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is installed, is working, and has a valid license.

If this error occurs during the generation of a report or a printout, it is very probably a problem during the communication between RadiMation® and Microsoft Word

It should be possible start Microsoft Word by executing the command: 'winword'. Press Windows-Key and 'R', and specify the command: 'winword'.

Solution

  • Install Microsoft Word
  • Perform a 'Quick Repair' of the Microsoft Office installation. This can be started from the Microsoft Windows 'Programs and Features' window.
  • Re-install Microsoft Word
